Truth before activity
Missing Scorecard entries, red numbers, overdue tasks, open issues, off-track Rocks and stale projects are surfaced first — so teams know where to look before anyone talks.
You didn't start a company to spend your days reminding, checking and chasing. WorkFlow connects Scorecards, Rocks, Issues, Projects, My Work and the WorkFlow Syncs Meeting into one workspace — information flows up, clarity flows down, and accountability finally lives in the structure, not in your head.
Stop firefighting. Stop chasing follow-ups. Grow by design, not by default.

See it in motion
Dashboards in one app, tasks in another, numbers in a spreadsheet, meetings in a doc, decisions in a chat thread. Every tool is fine on its own — and the company is still blind, because nothing is connected.
Leaders inspect every row manually to find what needs attention.
Scores are missing and nobody notices until the review meeting.
Work has no owner, no due date, no status — just activity.
The weekly meeting starts with "so… where are we?" for 40 minutes.
Files, decisions and context are scattered across chats and drives.
Leadership by exception — dashboards surface what needs attention; leaders don't hunt for it.
Truth before activity — missing entries, red Scorecards, overdue tasks and off-track Rocks are highlighted first.
Ownership over ambiguity — every work object has an owner, due date and status.
The WorkFlow Syncs Meeting opens on the scoreboard — numbers first, explanations second.
Context stays attached — files, channels and meeting records live with the work they explain.
In one sentence: WorkFlow is a company operating system for organizing branches, Scorecards, quarterly priorities, issues, projects, daily work, knowledge and meeting records — in one connected workspace.
Product philosophy
WorkFlow doesn't treat dashboards, tasks, Scorecards and meetings as separate tools. It connects them — and these six principles decide every design choice.
Missing Scorecard entries, red numbers, overdue tasks, open issues, off-track Rocks and stale projects are surfaced first — so teams know where to look before anyone talks.
Every work object carries an owner, a due date, a status, a department and a role. If nobody owns it, it isn't real work yet.
My Work is the member's home: assigned tasks, project work, personal Scorecards, owned Rocks and raised issues — one queue, no hunting.
Company and workspace dashboards surface the items that need attention, instead of forcing leaders to inspect every row manually.
Files, channels, issues, projects and meeting records stay connected to the work they explain. Nothing important lives only in someone's head — or someone's chat.
Scorecards, Rocks, Issues, Projects, My Work, Team Work, WorkFlow Syncs Meeting. Seven words, used the same way by everyone — from HQ to the newest member.
The thinking behind it
WorkFlow is built on a simple belief: if you can't trace a task all the way up to the company's purpose, the task shouldn't exist. The app mirrors how a real company cascades — HQ sets it, the unit owns it, the department measures it, the individual does it.
Set at HQ. The command view watches unit health, off-track Rocks and red Scorecards across every unit.
Each unit gets its own workspace — Dashboard, Scoreboard, Rocks, Issues, Projects, Meetings, Members.
Departments group members, own Scorecards, and make the Rock a number someone can hit.
The level where strategy finally becomes daily action — in one personal queue.
Purpose becomes a goal, the goal becomes Rocks, Rocks become projects and tasks. Each level makes the one above it concrete — nothing is vague by the time it reaches a person.
Tasks complete projects. Projects complete Rocks. Unit results roll into company health — and the HQ command view shows the top of the stack, live, without anyone writing a report.
What's inside
Nine surfaces that share the same facts. Update a number once and it changes what the member sees, what the meeting reviews, and what leadership worries about.
The HQ command view: unit health cards, branch comparison, off-track Rocks, red Scorecards, overdue work and an executive attention queue.
The weekly Scorecard board — owners, targets, status and week-by-week history in one eye path. Numbers first, explanations second.
Quarterly priorities with owner, status, ship date and linked work. Off-track Rocks surface upward so the next Sync starts with clear attention points.
The member's personal queue: daily tasks, project work, owned Scorecards, owned Rocks and raised issues. Today, overdue, done — filtered your way.
A leader's assignment surface for short daily actions — kept separate from projects so small work never pollutes structured execution.
The execution hub for planned work across Rocks, issues and weekly work — with views for active, at-risk, needs-update, overdue, mine and done.
The shared backlog of obstacles, questions, risks and decisions. Anyone can raise and vote; the solve flow records root cause and resolution.
Start a live meeting, run the guided flow with timers and issue integration, rate it, and keep the full history as the operating record.
Slack-style team chat inside WorkFlow. A channel per branch, department or project, with message streams, members and shared files — so conversations stay attached to the work, not scattered across outside apps. Alerts land in one notification hub.
This is the order in which a company comes alive inside WorkFlow.
01
START HERECreate the company, invite members, assign roles, create departments where useful.
02
so the team knows exactly which numbers must be updated every week.
03
connected to owners, due dates, status and the Scorecards they should move.
04
Projects for structured execution; Team Work for short daily actions.
05
— keeping tasks, Scorecards, Rocks and raised issues current in one queue.
06
on the dashboards and run the WorkFlow Syncs Meeting from the meeting hub.
07
OPERATING MEMORYIssues, actions, files, channels and meeting history stay available as the company's operating memory.
Ready when you are
That's the whole promise. One workspace, one language, one rhythm.
Open WorkFlow →The rhythm that drives it
Everything in WorkFlow feeds one recurring moment: the weekly WorkFlow Syncs Meeting. That's deliberate — software alone changes nothing; a rhythm the whole team keeps does.
No status theatre. The board already shows what's green, what's red and what's missing — so the conversation starts where the truth is, not where the loudest voice is.
Identify the real problem, Discuss the root cause, Solve it with one owner and one date. No issue leaves the room without all three. Solutions become tasks in the workspace — automatically part of next week's truth.
Attendance, ratings, solved issues and meeting history stay in the system. Every week the company gets a little harder to confuse and a little easier to run.
Most coordination problems are vocabulary problems. WorkFlow ships with a fixed operating language — so "done", "priority" and "Issue" mean the same thing in every branch.
A weekly tracked number with owner, target, direction, unit, status and weekly entries.
Obstacles, questions, risks or decisions that need a clear owner and resolution.
The member's personal execution queue.
The team meeting workspace and meeting history surface — the weekly heartbeat.
Quarterly priorities with owner, status, due date and progress context.
Structured execution plans with project work, ownership, status and views.
The leader-managed daily-task assignment surface.
